• AI-powered lead qualification and buyer/seller identification
• Automated follow-up and nurturing sequences
• Appointment scheduling and calendar integration
• Performance analytics and reporting dashboards
• CRM functionality and contact management (on applicable plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Requirements

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

4.2 Fees and Billing

• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

4.3 Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of service, subject to our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@autopilotaisystems.com. No refunds will be provided for partial months or after 30 days.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions.

5. No Guaranteed Results

IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that you will achieve any specific business outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, or other results from using our Service. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Market conditions and economic factors
• Quality and quantity of your leads
• Your pricing, marketing, and sales strategies
• Competition and market saturation
• Your responsiveness and follow-up practices
• Regulatory and legal compliance

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. User Responsibilities and Compliance

6.1 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Obtaining proper consent for SMS and automated calls
• CAN-SPAM Act: Compliance with email marketing regulations
• Real Estate Regulations: MLS rules, state licensing requirements, advertising regulations
• Data Protection Laws: GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations applicable to your jurisdiction
• Fair Housing Laws: Compliance with fair housing and anti-discrimination laws
• Do-Not-Call Lists: Respecting national and state do-not-call registries

6.2 Content and Communications

You are responsible for:

• All content, messages, and communications sent through our Service
• Ensuring you have proper consent and authorization to contact leads
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated responses before they are sent (where applicable)
• Monitoring and managing your account and communications
• Providing accurate information to leads and customers

6.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications without proper consent
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOPILOT AI SYSTEMS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute services
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
